Ayurveda spices herbs and teas

Ayurveda Cooking Class

with Chef Colin

Prepare healing foods based on the autumn season. In fall we have a tendency to feel drier, colder, lighter and windy, as things begin constrict and dry up. Ayurveda balances the body by introducing the opposite qualities. We cook heavier, unctuous foods. We use warming spices. We apply oil. We establish a daily routine. And we start to slow down.
Join us and learn how to prepare food as medicine, and enjoy some professionally cooked seasonal foods!

The menu includes:

  • ayurvedic creamy chai tea
  • carrot ginger soup
  • Brussels sprouts
  • autumn stuffed acorn squash
  • maple tapioca pudding
